While the defense was obviously not doing well this year, Van Gorder got credit for some of their prior success and Kelly should not have thrown him under the bus to deflect blame from him. Coward!

I'm with ya on this one TY. Notre Dame's defense has not been good for several years. And yes, warm up the hot seat for Kelly. If ND does not make a bowl game this year, there will be tar and feathering in South Bend!
