Another Big game for the Scarlet Knights, hoping to stop a mini 2 game losing streak. RU sits at 9-3 in Conference play , 17-6 overall. Ohio St is 6-7 in Conference play, 10-12 overall. Ohio St is the defending Big 10 Champ, beating RU last year.

Hopefully the team can rally, get big production from Giurantes, Carey, Cryor and the rest to make up for missing top rebounder Jenkins, who remains suspended. The team needs to win and get back their MOJO ! A good record going into Big 10 Tourney play , is a top priority. 5 more conference games remain after tonight.

OSU has a losing record in league and overall ... RU is at home.

This is painful being here watching such poor basketball against a lousy team. We may be a 1 and done in the Big Ten tourney. Forget the NCAAs. We don’t derserve to be in it. Down 18 after one quarter. Disgrace

feel sorry for you..I stopped going about 5 years ago....people keep making excuses for this program and coach. what team gets down 23-6 at home in the first 10 minutes..its one thing if it were one time things...but ALL OF US know here these games and skids are commonplace
 
Getting crushed early 23-6. Cryor benched, Calhoun benched, , not sure what's going on. Suspended Jenkin's probably more important to this team than most realized, as the collapse coincided with her suspension.
 
I don't know what is worse ,ie,the coaching or the player performance.I do know its a utter disgrace to perform at such a abysmal manner at home.Based on the way the team is performing fans might think this is the first game of the season.Ohio State leads 27-6 second quarter.
 
Team off to a hot start again I see. Scrap it and come back tomorrow
 
no idea what the &^%$ is wrong and wondering if it can be fixed.
No matter what RUWBB fans need to start worrying and I don't like to have a sky is falling attitude, but can't feel optimistic.
 
Just sad to watch another end of season melt down, after such a good first half of the season. Without inside knowledge of what the Fck is going on in the locker room, it's hard to even speculate.

Was Jenkins THAT important? Apparently so.
 
Such a disappointment, this team had me wanting to go to WBB games again but this is just pitiful

35-18 halftime


its coaching clearly....these girls already showed they can score, we have seen history over time that all of sudden scorers end up getting the offense coached out of them. This OSU coach has owned CVS since RU joined the league and there is no Kelsey Mitchell there this year. Another implosion incoming. Basketball is not suppose to be played so poorly, these girls can go out on their own with no coach and play. Until CVS is removed this program will basically be stuck in quicksand. I would rather take lumps rebuilding from scratch than support this nonsense charade of the last decade of underperformance virtually every season and all the while we have fans that stick their head in the sand

Losing at the half 35-18.

Just nauseating to watch the program die w one suspension and a total team collapse.
 
Checked the score ... looks like a good second quarter ... 12-12 ... maybe team has a major comeback in the 2nd half as OSU only plays 6 ... on the flip side Iowa beat OSU by 26

This team is pathetic. Play a zone against us and we lose. Very simple. We are 0 for 9 from 3 and 24% from field. Another late season collapse. Glad I will miss the game on 2/25 as I have a meeting. Outrebounded25-18. OSU is a terrible team so this is no excuse. Arella had 5 of our first 6 points and sat the whole second quarter. Great coaching. Maybe they fell asleep on the bench. We don’t deserve to be in the NCAAs and I hope they don’t invite us.

Pinning hopes on lacrosse and winning that tourney at home.

Maybe it's coaching maybe something else, but something makes RU look terrible in the 1st quarter.
Know some will like to blame it all on Stringer, but I think the problem might just go deeper then just the way she coaches.

But in any-case, being the HC means CVS deserves to be called out when the team plays bad, just like she deserves praise when RU wins.

I will support Vivian up to the moment I find out RU isn't going dancing.
If the team gets a bid, you'll see me defending her again next year

I think the team won't win another game this year. Something mysterious is going in besides the Jenkins suspension. Maybe a locker room revolt.

Who the F knows, but the melt down has been fast, furious, and mind boggling bad.

Scary sentiment, but there's something going on and it's affecting play.
 
Fans had high expectations early in the season especially after defeating Maryland on the road.Fast forward to the present and it seems like its a entirely different team with the offense sleep walking while the opponent scores at will with very little resistance.The substitution patterns are crazy and clearly there is no cohesion among the players on the court.Its hard to discern how a team could so quickly change from high level performance to utter chaos .
 
RU looks like the D has come on ... only 3 points in 6 minutes ... if only RU hit a few 3s

There no way 1 player of her caliber is the single reason.
Just as I jumped back on the C V S wagon.

I did go back after 5 years for MD. And realized the more things change, the more they stay the same.
