What's the change between previous years and this year with all the hammers we have on top?

Just another year of strength and conditioning and learning?

New coaching strategy?

Anything specific?

I don't know but I like it a lot. Surprised coaches aren't countering by making their wrestlers choose neutral vs RU.

Theo's bow and arrow attack from top looks incredibly vicious. I see a lot of other guys working that too. Must be a favorite technique in the practice room. I like it.

top wrestling is often a huge factor in separating the high school studs from being competitive at the D1 level or not, so it's very encouraging to see the team taking that next step.

I think with the new 4 pt near fall rule, coaches are spending a lot more time on turns...

1 possible reason to a concentration on Top work could be that a large part of the roster Does Not come from a certain area of NJ. anymore.
Another-Donny P.!

Jaro, since I don't have a background in wrestling, can you explain what exactly a "bow and arrow attack" is?
was hoping to find a video since I never advanced far enough to execute one back my competing days but it's when you lock in a bent leg and then pull it over his body, usually with a chancery (like holding a football) hold on the head. it bends the bottom guys back like a bow. its the kind of move mom's want to see banned.
