And through each RU house
The posters were fretting right there on the couch

The bowl game once hoped for was like a ball without air
But that didn't matter now that Flood was not here

The new coach we hired had no ties to our state
So the doubters were first to jump out of the gate

Ash spoke not a word but began his good works
He hired His coaches ignoring the jerks

A culture was blooming like a scarlet red rose
So relax , enjoy Christmas, and see where it goes
