When the UNC player hit the last shot there was 0.6 seconds left on the clock. Ohio State inbounds the ball for a last second heave which of course the cameras missed but UNC had about 10 players on the court that should have been a technical foul. Not even a doubt but the refs just run off the court.

The same refs who sent Mitchell to the line for the tie.
NC tried to give it away, with three consecutive turnovers at the end to blow their lead.
The BIG will have to see Mitchell for the next three years.....ugh! She does it all, give her credit.

Not to say you're wrong, but this is just the kind of things refs don't call (and I'm completely unsurprised that UNC was so undisciplined that they went on the court before the game was over).
If the technical had been (correctly) called because the UNC players were on the court while there was still time on the clock, then Ohio State would have shot free throws. The clock doesn't tick during free throws (or, in Tennessee, at all, but that's another reffing issue...), so Ohio State would have had time to score. Would that have tied the game? It might be a moot point, but the rule should be enforced, despite what Kara Lawson said. IMHO, of course.
