This shows me the love and respect the players have for the staff and each other. It really looks like the right culture is in place.

Obviously I'm NOT ok with the results we are seeing on the field but we are in year one of a brutal rebuild with talent that can't compete. Can't make chicken soup out of chicken shit . There are coaching decisions i disagree with, primarily the commitment to laviano thus far knowing he's not close to the solution.

I believe in this staff. MORE IMPORTANTLY the players do. Recruits have seen these brutal losses and responded with excitement to be a part of the turnaround. To me, that's telling.

True. The support is encouraging .
Obviously there are serious deficiencies in our Coaching staff ( OC, Special Teams Coach) that will hopefully be addressed after the season is over.

I never recall the players talking about Floods effort and deserving more.

I remember them saying they liked him.

Find me a program that has had immediate success or even immediate mediocrity that had a recent embarrassing scandal , a complete staff overhaul with a first year coach ,a new O and a new D, began with very little talent in a place where none of them have ever lived or know anything about.Yup that's a recipe for success. I get it y'all are looking for tangible progress but we are way out of our league right now. Literally and figuratively..You better strap yourselves in. It is going to be a long ride. Again.
