Watching these other B1G/Acc teams, it looks like a different game

than the one we play. Much less dribbling, crisp passes, fewer turnovers, better shot selection, better shooting, defensive communication. We won't beat these teams until we can do these types of things.

And it doesn't take talent to do some of those things. It takes coaches having a game plan, and the players willing to implement it.

The lack of these elements has persisted across multiple coaches.

Rutgers is 11th in the B1G in dribbles per possession, 4th in crisp passes per half, 6th in good shot selection per possession....I have not looked up turnover to assist ratio or words spoken to teammates per defensive possession...........but I'm sure Rutgers ranks very well in those categories.
