The difference is that the person who reads the article in Texas doesn't give it a second thought that he went to TAM or if they do they don't think that TAM is out of control and recruits thugs. Only here in NJ (with more than a little help from our favorite rag) do people immediately look past the actions of the individual and lay blame on our doorstep.
