Where this program is headed... it’s Very exciting....

Bullsh!t. You always compliment the opponent. Do onto others...
I'm not sure what you're calling Bullsh!t on.

I literally posted that "I was surprised Coach L didn't make the usual "Give a lot of credit to (opponent name). They played hard, executed their offense and defended well tonight" coach-speak comment in his opening statement during the press conference." In other words I was surprised Coach L didn't compliment Rutgers.

Also, it is true that his statements about being tired and jet-lagged were responses to specific questions about that from media members. In the video I watched you can't really hear the questions, because they don't bring a mic to the reporters at Miami's pressers, but I could faintly hear someone off camera talking. You can see Coach L looking in someone's direction and listening to them and then he answers the question.

Yeah I don't think November is the time to talk about possible transfers, especially freshmen.
Oh you'd be surprised. Before the start of this week I'd already received had four calls/texts about kids who went to P5 programs and are considering transferring.

“Jet lagged”..aren’t we the visiting team?..I know they had to fly up to play Seton Hall, but they they also get to return home and play in their on campus arena..
They flew home from California after playing three games in four days, which probably means they were in Cali for five days.

But it's like whatever, Rutgers was the better team last night.

Oh I'm not surprised. I just don't think it's worth discussing here, it's only going to get others riled up.

I saw Ian Steere already transferred to St. John's after like a game, and is applying for a waiver for next season.

Sometimes that's all you need to get momentum.

Imagine if the football team had taken advantage of Northwestern or Penn State not playing well.

Yeah, no apologies needed for wins against quality teams on the road. This is nothing but positive, positive, positive and there's no other way to spin it.

Injuries / intangibles / motivation / travel and other things are part of the game for every team.

Also, these excuses are overblown. For a 20 year old, they played on Sunday night. They should be fine by Wednesday night. This was a 3 hour time change -- they weren't coming back from India.

The entire Rutgers team didn’t eat dinner until 11:30 PM the night before the game because their flight got in so late. Went to bed the day of the game, think about that. Miami has 2 days rest, and was at home. Rutgers was and IS the better team. Miami is the one that almost got the lucky shot at the end. Rutgers wins, that’s that

As of right now, it looks like McConnell will be recruited over (by mulchahy) and could possibly transfer out, that isn't necessarily an issue, i think that shows signs of growth as a program.

That being said I am not writing CMC off, just stating from what we have seen so far
Mulchahy's a point guard?

Caleb was very pumped up at the game...including warmups. Just give him time. He’s a freshman with plenty of potential.
My post was about freshman thinking of transferring in general. Not about Caleb specifically

My post was specifically about jet lag.

Plus I literally posted that "Rutgers was the better team last night."

Is this a sarcastic question? Sorry don't mean to be snarky, but it has been well chronicled that although Mulcahy is 6-6, he is a pass-first PG who has incredible court sense and vision.

Give McConnell time he is a 2/3 learning to play backup lead guard as a freshman. He would contribute more if he was given time off the ball.

Sorry, I poorly worded my response. I was agreeing with you and saying that Coach L needed to find a way to compliment the other team. It’s being a gracious winner.

This is nicer than something like "no he's the next Zion"
