Offense averaging 13.5 ppg is not helping.
Defense has allowed 3 offensive TDs in two games. Biggest problem I saw Saturday was the difficult job of defending the back shoulder comeback passes. Very hard to cover, no matter who it is. Indiana relied on that in the first half vs. Ohio St. Still only resulted in one TD and three field goals Saturday.
Need to see what happens in Big Ten play.
If the offense was in the 90s (low 20s ppg) in scoring, people would be singing a different tune. The median in college scoring today after two weeks is 32.5 ppg.
Just food for thought. I like Ash, give him time.
