Ok, Flood was involved in the gameplan. Congrats to him....being involved in the gameplan and calling the game are two different things. Flood would've called a different game, maybe that leads to a win or it may have lead to a blow out. Who knows, but to give a dumb @ss coach credit for being involved in a game plan while he is suspended for doing dumb sh!t is just short of crazy.
The coordinators have just as much input on the gameplan as Flood, Flood would tell you that himself. It's amazing that when we get blownout the DC should be fired for having a bad plan and not blitzing more, no blame at all on Flood...but when the defense plays well and the DC calls great blitzes when Flood isn't even in the building, then Flood somehow should get credit for it.
The coaches on the field executed the gameplan, they should get all the credit. You can have the best gameplan in the world but if you don't execute it on game day it means nothing. People are bending over backwards to give the suspended Flood credit for a game we played well in but lost. The bar is so low for this guy it's unbelievable.
