You are correct on Grant. However, many of the GS recruited players on that first Flood team were outstanding play makers: Green,
Gause, Harrison, Lambert, Kroft, Wright, Coleman, Federico, Breauharnais, Burton, Nova, Longa, Ryan, Vellone. Jamison and James. Many of these players made NFL teams. How many play makers did Flood recruit?

Is there any player on the 2016 that you would have wanted on that 2012 team in place of any of those players?

What Holtz did at USF is exactly what Flood did here. Luckily for USF Taggart took the gig and started immediately bringing in really good players...not as good as the Big 3 but way good enough for the AAC

Also, Taggart will be arguably the hottest name out there come 2018

I seriously doubt he's leaving this year being the entire roster has almost no seniors
