I am 10 times more pissed about the replay than losing on a buzzer beater

That’s the rule in football in basketball you just need to establish yourself inbounds. Doesn’t matter though the guy who passed it to him stepped out of bounds too.I saw those. The passer was out of bounds and the shooter was out of bounds and touched the ball first . We were robbed
Can they review and overturn an out of bounds play?Judging by the stadium announcer of TV, it sounds like the officials did actually review it and still called it good, which is incredible
problem was he didn't reestablish! That’s the rule in football in basketball you just need to establish yourself inbounds. Doesn’t matter though the guy who passed it to him stepped out of bounds too.
2011 BET vs. St John’s. Time is a flat circle.according to pike officials ran off the court even after he wanted them to review. said kid was out of bounds too and pike doesn’t complain.
Thing is, there was nothing wrong with the shot. The shot was clean. When he started the shot, he had two feet inbounds, and the ball cleared his hands before the clock expired. Zero wrong with the shot, so you can review the shot all day long. The blown call was when the shooter caught the pass.the officals have an obligation to review the entire shot at the end and onky chose to to review the clock and if he got it off
It’s unreal ….
Those officals left like that …they need to be suspended and done for the year
Doesn't matter he has to establish himself; can't be the 1st person to touch the damn ball!!!!The shooter clearly runs out of bounds. His left foot does not come down inbounds until his hand is already on the ball.
wrong. he went out of bounds on his own and can’t be the first player to touch ball . Creen and Bilas both said itThing is, there was nothing wrong with the shot. The shot was clean. but it's still part of a game-winning play so shouldn't it be reviewed???Thing is, there was nothing wrong with the shot. The shot was clean. The rule was posted. You can absolutely be the first person to touch the ball if you run out of bounds, but you have to clearly establish yourself back inbounds before touching it.wrong. he went out of bounds on his own and can’t be the first player to touch ball . Creen and Bilas both said it
yepDoesn't matter he has to establish himself; can't be the 1st person to touch the damn ball!!!!
that’s not what creen and bilas saidThe rule was posted. You can absolutely be the first person to touch the ball if you run out of bounds, but you have to clearly establish yourself back inbounds before touching it.
Only the shot can be reviewed. Classic screw jobbut it's still part of a game-winning play so shouldn't it be reviewed???
The rule is there in black and white.that’s not what creen and bilas said
His momentum didn’t take him out of bounds, he was pretty stationaryThe rule was posted. You can absolutely be the first person to touch the ball if you run out of bounds, but you have to clearly establish yourself back inbounds before touching it.
I read it as you can NOT be the first to touch it if you go out on your own volition. Only if it is by momentum. I would say this is clearly just him going out of bounds by himselfThe rule was posted. You can absolutely be the first person to touch the ball if you run out of bounds, but you have to clearly establish yourself back inbounds before touching it.
Apparently both might be wrong and they may actually be confusing it with the football rule, i.e. where you can't touch the ball first if you voluntarily go OOB.that’s not what creen and bilas said
he got one foot in for sure but not 2 so I think it's a good shot, but what is momentum? He was OOB on purposeThe rule was posted. You can absolutely be the first person to touch the ball if you run out of bounds, but you have to clearly establish yourself back inbounds before touching it.
Looked like a portion of one foot with the heel OOBhe got one foot in for sure but not 2 so I think it's a good shot, but what is momentum? He was OOB on purpose
They would have reviewed it if we were the ones making the game winning shot.they reviewed all kinds of BS in the Indiana game, and now a real game changing play occurs and nothing....what a joke
That’s the fvcking joke of all this. They review shit ALL GAME LONG. Now on a game winning, last second shot we can’t review to make sure it was legal? It’s a jokethey reviewed all kinds of BS in the Indiana game, and now a real game changing play occurs and nothing....what a joke
no he’s notApparently both might be wrong and they may actually be confusing it with the football rule, i.e. where you can't touch the ball first if you voluntarily go OOB.
Goodman tweeted a picture of a rule book.Apparently both might be wrong and they may actually be confusing it with the football rule, i.e. where you can't touch the ball first if you voluntarily go OOB.
go read the jay bilas tweet--refs blow it, he showed rule--and please no bs from our bs experts who defend everything but RU and you know who that is--he writes novelshe got one foot in for sure but not 2 so I think it's a good shot, but what is momentum? He was OOB on purpose

ya i should edit...a player who goes out of bounds on his own cannot be the first to catch the pass.go read the jay bilas tweet--refs blow it, he showed rule--and please no bs from our bs experts who defend everything but RU and you know who that is--he writes novels
doesn't matter if his feet are in, he went out of bounds on his own, can't be the first to touch...is that reviewable?Exaxtly my point
Reviewing the entire shot means looking at his feet to see if he was in bounds …the entire shot, and not just If the ball is out of his hand at 0.0 on the clock
The passer #2 (Holden) also stepped on the sideline before the shot. That should be reviewable too! There were two missed turnovers in the last 1.5 seconds
