It’s either a typo or he pinned with 2 seconds left on the clock and the person documenting the match put the amount of time on the clock rather than subtracting it from 3 minutes.
SCW has been such a pleasant surprise this year. I hope he can keep up his rate of improvement into next year..
Speaking of 197.. w Soldano returning next year I wonder if SCW or Soldano would go 197 or perhaps Soldano to 174 even?
Rewatched the Chapman/Ludington match and I think Chapman got some serious upside..
During my sophomore year in HS, I saw Bruce Baumgartner pin our heavy weight in less than 16 seconds.
I would think the scorer on computer didnt start clock when match started...caught his mistake, turned on clock after match started and pin was called and they stopped clock...happens once in a while when your working computer on an all day tournament
Yeah he's tiny.. that's the issue. Hopefully he can get big enough to be a starter in the big ten.
Yeah I’ve seen plenty of pins under :15. Even some under :10. It’s not possible to go :02 though. Refs can’t even get to the mat that fast.
