You are taking this way too seriously. I was actually complimenting your posts but in true GRF fashion you only highlight the negative. I suggest you take a deep breath.
my attempt at humor failed I guess, Not joking about the smoke machine though.

Trust me I was very happy with the win. Love the fact we were tougher than a tough team. Love seeing Ace being a more well rounded player. Filling up the OREB, BLK and ASST columns is huge. That is what gets us to a Top 20 team the rest of the way

GAME 18 NEBRASKA: Step by step, one by one

" Put one foot in front of the other and soon you'll be walking out the door. If you want to change your direction. If your time of life is at hand. Well don’t be the rule be the exception. A good way to start is to stand."
What a great write-up (as usual)...thank you! I just started some physical therapy recently and I quoted some words from your write-up in bold above- it is almost word-for-word what the therapists tell us walking wounded during the therapy sessions. Seems to be working out pretty good for me and Rutgers! Even 5-star athletes sometimes have to walk a little before they run, I guess. GO RU!!!!!!

Tip #3: Avoid smoke and fog machines

Smoke and fog machines are often used on Halloween to create a creepy atmosphere at parties and in haunted houses. Unfortunately, they can cause breathing problems in those with respiratory allergies and asthma.

Some fog machines use a solution of water mixed with glycol, glycerin or mineral oil, which can trigger breathing problems including coughing, wheezing, chest tightness and shortness of breath.

To be safe, it’s best for people with allergies and asthma to stay out of rooms where smoke and fog machines are being used in order to avoid these potential triggers.

You really should get some oxygen or use Ace and Dylan's inhaler so you can focus on Penn State.

While on topic RU athletics may want to consider not using the smoke machine. Those who are slightly breathing impaired could be slightly impacted. Thousght of this when i saw Ace using the inhaler early one game.

Anyone else notice Gavin?

Man, that's a sad story... Articles are a good read for those that may have a problem with nil and the state of athletics currently..Vitale was coach at east Rutherford found this cason guy playing little league baseball in Passaic at 12. Moves his family to east Rutherford, amazing for a family from Passaic. Trains him, and by the time he gets to highschool he starts all 4 years wasn't going to class and was partying..it's no ones fault but his own for the way his life turned out. But let's not act like being a STUDENT athlete was a priority before nil.
Not sure why you are lecturing me with capital letters. All I said was I grew up with him. Spent a lot of time on the playgrounds, in the gym, in the locker room, etc. so I know exactly what took place.

People talk about efficiency as if it’s this weird advanced stat no one understands when it’s literally just points scored and allowed but scaled to be per possession instead of per minute.

You can’t “lose with gaudy efficiency stats” that’s not a thing. People should really have an understanding of something if they want to criticize it.
I think people get upset because they know GRF is right and his posts are rooted in hard data, but they want to enjoy the win for a minute. I can’t get mad at him because he’s correct and I actually learn from his and your posts, just wish he’d let the win breathe for a little while.
