Never said you did but read the thread. It's being questionedMy OP didn’t question his toughness and this thread is about getting him 100 percent for a run in the tournament.

Can we run a set for PJ so he can at least jack one up?
PSU coach played Ace Baldwin 40 mins the other day with back spasms. Ace was on board to endure the punishment and coach knew he could count on him. What’s embarrassing is not knowing your player well enough to sit him when he’s not healthy and not contributing.
Did you watch PJ when he was on the court ?MSU is a very good team.
I thought we had a lot of low percentage layups/drives. I didn't see a lot of missed bunnies.
You play PJ but the guy doesn't get any looks? Odd. He shouldn't be on the court if he is not getting at least 4-5 shots.
Your comment 8 is shared by many Rutgers fans,High preseason hopes and utter disappointment as the season has progressed.I can't even say that I saw Harper show enough of his magic on the court because of the flu and ankle sprain.1. We can’t win a game with Dylan hobbled and ineffective and Ace shooting 4-17. Period.
2. Shout out to Derkack for playing a great game with 26 points on 7-11 from the floor overall, 4-7 from deep, and 8-9 on FTs.
3. Too bad he got no help from Martini (0-5) or Acuff (1-6) or JWill (a quiet 4 points).
4. We just couldn’t hit the ocean from the boat today, shooting a horrendous 23-68 for 33.8% overall from the field. And a TON of the misses were on point blank layups and shots at the rim. Absolutely gut wrenching to watch shot after shot roll off the rim.
5. I actually thought the defense played pretty well today, but MSU is soooo patient that they were able to get decent looks even late in the shot clock.
6. MSU goes a legit 10 deep and there’s little drop off. Big, athletic, with skilled guards and high flying wings. They’re a contender, but their lack of 3-pt shooting will ultimately be their downfall.
7. The season is effectively over, as we’re not going to win 9 of the next 11 games without Ogbole and with a hobbled Dylan Harper. Best we can hope for now is actually making the Big Ten Tournament.
8. Not gonna lie, I’m just despondent over how this promising season basically crashed on takeoff. It’s really hard being a Rutgers fan…
He did not. 30 attempts as a team. 0 for Hayes. Didn't even try to get him oneI just think his shooting stroke is so bad, it doesn’t look smooth/comfortable at all.
Did Hayes have one 3PA today?
Not really sure how he got dubbed a shooter on this team. Hes not. He sometimes will hit a wide open one where his feet are planted but can’t hit in transition, shoot off the dribble, shoot off of screens, shoot with a hand in his face. To be a good shooter you have to be able to do those things effectively and he can’t.I actually genuinely felt bad for him today. The effort was there. The defense and rebounding was decent. But the shooting was so bad I couldn't believe it. They weren't even guarding him.
Martini was chucking at will today firing a couple deeper 3's tooMSU is a very good team.

We had a good number of open 3's, but we're were ice cold.
Martini just seems so reluctant to shoot. He rarely seems ready or in a good position. He had so many open looks that he had no choice but to shoot. Same thing with PJ. 3 point shooters have to hunt for shots.

They only know one thingwe lost by 7 to the 8th ranked team in the country basically without dylan this is not the game to blame roster construction or game day coaching
So what the hell happened to him because he doesn't act or talk like someone who deserves respect ...disrespecting kids who wrestled here with class ...challenging parents to fights. Numerous conflicts in this forum where he acts like a total ass...I believe he is who you say he is but he has totally disrespected RU coaches and numerous alumni for years ...he was banned 3 times for a reason ...now says we are getting 4 PSU studs and 2 Iowa Suriano types and there is no way I believe you think that any of his fantasy is true. You see the way he responds to critics ...that's not the way champions talk ..Crackers
I had dinner last night at the Rutgers Club with your teammate Tim Grifa, Bob Wymbs and Scott Becker(who took your place when you graduated. At the other table was Tim Hennessy, Tom O’Rourke and Tim Anderson, all 1980’s guys. They told me stories about you. Grifa was a frosh when you were a senior. He wrestled 142 when you wrestled 150. You dropped down to 142 for the EIWA and bumped him from the lineup. The 158 guy dropped to 150 so Grifa sat the bench. Great night reminiscing.
Understood but you either had to better assess the kid in practice or coach him up better in practice. To put him in for three mins seems uselessUnfortunately he was desperate
Once again proving that we don’t deserve nice things. We really don’t. Love how many times this board has turned on Ace and Dylan. Truly pathetic
All of auburn’s top 5 scorers are either former transfers or freshmen lolNot really - no 1 team in America Auburn.. only 3 transfers. 7 kids returned.
It’s not all about transfers and one and dones.
