Poor NIL is the biggest reason for our disappointing season

The roster would look completely different.
We would play better defense.
We wouldn't have played Kennessaw State.

Ace NET NET is not moving the needle forward in terms of winning basketball games.
He is not making others better on offense (in fact he is making them worse).

Very good chance we wouldn't have Derkack and Davis
This is interesting. I've seen you very down on Ace's defense, and for the most part I've agreed, although I think it is much better now than it was early on. I just noticed Ace's defensive efficiency # actually leads the team now. Pretty shocking.

For his offense. His 16 assists on the year is atrocious. The biggest benefit to his shot making is that it should draw attention away from others. He is shootng 40% from three though, and his turnover rate is lower than Dylan, JWill, and Derkack - but they all turn it over too much.

Poor NIL is the biggest reason for our disappointing season

You don't know shit. Here's a proposal --every time you, KYK and Lou post on this board with a complaint, you donate $100 to NIL. That should raise nearly $1mil at the rate you three complain.
Wow unbelievable kudos to you BAC does nothing but waste his life on this website. He bashes players and coaches but still finds the time for 10 paragraphs after every game. He has never donated squat to basketball but is tolerated because he is tight with all of the CE buddies.

We're 3-1 in the B1G with a healthy Harper (and 2-0 with a healthy Harper and Grant playing). Just sayin'.

Illinois is having a similar issue. Have only lost one BT game with its whole lineup playing. Jakucionis missed several games with an injury and now Ivisic has missed two games with mono and who knows when he will return. Those are the two leading scorers and the top rebounder. The pick and rolls they run together are things of beauty, and since Ivisic can stretch the floor, it opens up everything for the other players. Going to be a tough go without him.
What is the record with your best guard missing ? Now your center ? Do you miss them ? Is there a difference when they do not play or play still hurt ? Again asking about your great guard and your center as you know we have lost Harper or he has played either ill or hurt and lost our center Ogbole

Rutgers Fandom 2024/2025

This is probably one of the most debilitating seasons as a Rutgers fan that I can remember in a very long time.

There have been some downers in the past that were pretty deflating. The failed 2pt conversion v WVU in 2006 and the Cincinnati loss that same year. The recruiting class with Saquan Barkley that fell apart in 2013. Tim Pernetti leaving. The Ash years.

But this season I feel like our hearts were just ripped out. Football underperformed and dropped games v UCLA, Nebraska, Illinois and Kansas State that they could have won so a 7-6 finish could have instead been an 11-2 finish.

Basketball, with a once in a multiple generation get of the #2 and #3 recruits is not going to have a post season. This year's performance will also go the distance in dissuading top talent from coming here.

Deflating. All I can say. Assuming I'm not the only one that feels this way.
