Don’t know the Heavyweight landscape that well but really only person he might struggle with is a Really Big Heavy but he has to have skills to. Like Jennings is big but no match. Intrigued by Cassar too. Don’t see anyone matching him on their feet
Stevenson is a HWT who can move and so light on his feet.Cassar will need to match him on his feet.He could end up been a 4 time HWT champ that's grate this kid is now.
The Big 10 tournament should be interesting with Stoll , Nevills (or Cassar), Hemida, Stevenson and Jennings all top 10 guys.
Soooo, this is interesting...Gavin Teasdale withdrew from PSU for "health" or "personal" reasons, but plans to re-enroll at PSU in Jan. Message board/Facebook rumors (I have no idea whether they're substantiated) are that he failed some drug tests (weed or more?) and had issues with it in HS. He's a 20 year old freshman...

Better question... did Cael ever recruit him? He committed in the 9th grade after PSU went on that run. Is it possible he publicly committed to a school that may not have thought he was the cats meow?
He'd been wearing a Penn State singlet since long before his PSU commitment. Who knows what happened, but lots can change in the span of two years, both for the kid, and with team.

Yea I knew he wasn't coming here. This one we had no shot at as he disliked RU.
I will never bad mouth a young adult on the choice he makes (even when he chooses the evil empire). People just need to stay off social media (I know I am on this forum) and just concentrate on the positive things. Will still root for RH when he is NOT wrestling a RU wrestler. Will LOVE to watch Spencer lee eat him up when Lee is a senior and he is a redshirt wrestler. I gained respect for Spencer during the NCAA's. He is a warrior on the mat, but seems like a decent man off.
I will never root for someone that looks down or disrespects our program
