There are clear gaps on every B1G roster,, which gets exposed very quickly when these teams play on the road.
The good things mentioned above were items that allowed RU to hang around despite Young, Baker not hitting shots. And when you dont play Iowa, Mulcahy having 2 turnovers offset by one basket is life on the road.
If we get 2 baskets and 1 turnover from Mulcahy, maybe a different result. Mulcahy playing critical minutes is going to pay off in February and March, as these teams get desperate and shorten their bench rotations.
This is a 1 game at a time season and I know people are thinking Nebraska lost by 14 to Wisconsin Tuesday night....but they're going to push the ball and take the 1st available shot on offense. If we rebound and attack the basket, RU will get back on track.
