After 4 weeks into the 2021 HS season, are there any NJ kids in the next three classes that’s flying under the radar who haven’t picked up any/many offers who Rutgers should start keeping an eye on?

Chris Corbo, west essex 6’5 215 receiver/safety. Hes a 4.7 40 kid so hes not scholly worthy but i do know our staff keeps tabs on him and would want him as a preferred walk on. At this time though he has his sights set on going ivy. Hes best on defense imo, very physical

LOL. A 6'5" 215 4.7 physical safety not scholly worthy. You can tell Schiano's back recruiting

OK, maybe not Class of 22 since that’s just about done. Any surprise from 23 or even 24 who may get some contact?

He just committed to Dartmouth today. Theyre gonna bulk him up and make him a TE.

had 9 recs and 131 and this TD at the buzzer before half in a win vs #19 morris knolls this week.

Dartmouth spanked Penn 31-7 last Friday which might have sealed the deal.
Another kid from our high school is the MLB on Penn and captain. He was choosing between a few ivy’s one of which was penn as well. Our high school’s coaches always push kids ivy and its well known which is why the kids with fbs aspirations always go private (monangai for example)

Interesting concept. Ivy candidates go public and FBS candidates go private,

QB Marco Lainez is not exactly under the radar, but we haven’t offered. He has visited campus and has received offers from other Big Ten schools.

Shaun Hubbard DE at Jackson Memorial. Will probably play linebacker at the next level. Pretty good wide receiver too.

If I didn’t know any better, nj com probably looked in this thread to get this article out. But I do know better that they have this article out every year.

That being said, this is a good list by The McCarthy Report of it’s underrated players of 2021. IMO, it should’ve been 50 instead of 39 since they left out a Junior RB who already has 101 carries 900 yards, 14 TDS in 5 games.

Going to the Brick HS vs Middletown North game tonight. Meeting friends in the Scarlet lot tomorrow. Should be a great game. I'm a little surprised it's only a -5.5 MS after our drumming by Ohio St. Maybe Vegas knows something?

That's a subscriber-only story.
