ASU Eliminated $300M Athletics Dept Debt in Restructuring

ASU restructured and changed its financial accounting model, so the AD is no longer solely responsible to pay all expenses and debts. Everything now just rolls up to the entire U budget. In doing so, it eliminated $300M in AD faux debt. Rutgers may want to follow.
