Coach Wilson and Coach Campanile. Both strong regional recruiters. Both coached position groups that consistently performed at or above expectations. Both (seemingly) represent the best of the current organizational DNA that could help a new coach transition in....
Coach Browning.....maybe, maybe not...wouldn't be surprised either way. Jeremy Cole...same thing.....
I'm guessing everyone else is gone. On D, I'd be shocked if Ash didn't take his time building his team that will execute the exact system he wants to run...and on O, his OC hire will likely have at least a few years of experience, so there will be staff that the OC brings with.
