To be honest I’ve always wondered how much Fran had to do with his son’s anxiety. Supposedly he’s a nice guy away from the court but seems like a lunatic on it.

The kid has severe anxiety issues.

And I’m sure when all the students sections chant “ Daddy’s Boy” at him - it has to hurt deep down etc.

Plus it can’t be easy when your Dad is the coach. Most players probably hate / dislike / don’t trust their coaches and they can’t vent about it to the son. Lol.

Also what 22 year old wants to spend 5 years with their Dad as coach.
