I listen to Sirius radio a lot, especially with Jack Arute and then Mark Packer. They have coaches as co-hosts and as guests. I used to have negative opinions about coaches like Lou Holtz, Dabo Swinney, Rich Rodriguez, Dana Holgorsen. Listening to them when they're on is amazing. These guys are intelligent, funny, articulate (even with Lou's lisp) and overall, just charismatic. It's no wonder recruits are enthralled with these high end coaches. I've done a complete 180 just listening to them. Then I listen to Kyle Flood speak....no vision, no insight, certainly not humorous. I recognize lots of the names being bandied about as candidates, can't say I've heard many of them speak. I just hope whoever is the next coach has charisma/it/stain or whatever you want to call it. Get me the Jimmies and Joes, then we'll see how the x's and o's work out.
