Little ahead of schedule. Cincy wins going away. Cronin can coach, they will get back to Cincy basketball.
McCafferys next son arrives next year and is significantly better than the older brother on the roster now
Cincy blinked and look what happened, they really were stupid for shooting those 3 down a few points...but in the end this game was lost in the first half
you know we crack alot on Fran, Turge and Little Rickys coaching but compared to other coaches they aint so bad
It would be great to make the NCAA tournament. You know if/when we make it takes this Cincy game and that is us :weary:

well we would love that ceiling but his NCAA record is 9 straight appearance..remember it took him 5 years to make the ncaa at Cincy but success since yet underachieved really since his second year. Teams last 7 years not making it past the 2nd round
so far all the flack Iowa and Fran got on this board from me and from others, you have to give them major credit, got down early and it looked like the same Iowa we saw the last few weeks. Yet they found toughness...something they had been lacking this season. They rolled over vs Rutgers on their home court. This was the kind of win that can be a catalyst for a run in this tourney, would not be surprised if they go far.
Ole Miss is garbage, not a legit NCAA team. When I saw them play vs Bama who didnt even make the NCAA and went out to Norfolk in the NIT I said there is no way I can pick this team. Their opponent Oklahoma had struggled mightily as well so this game was rated a tossup but really the Rebels were just not prepared to play in this tourney. I think the SEC is overrated.
Iowa is a schizo team to watch. They can be brutally efficient inside and out on offense, but they can also have long stretches of atrocious defense. I don't think they are consistent enough to make a Final Four, but they can win a win off game against almost anybody if they shoot well.
not final 4 I agree but I see a run to Elite 8 to beat Tennessee and then Iowa State/Houston
Anyone else worried about their Iowa State and Oregon picks after seeing what the Big Ten is doing?
Amazing that one conference is 6-0 and a different one got 3 1-seeds.

The B1G is showing strength with all their NCAA teams.League losses just made teams tougher to grind out wins against tournament opponents.
I am confident of Iowa State but I am head scratching about why so many peeps going with Oregon over Wisconsin. Pac 12 is a bad league, sure they went through the league winning games...conference sucks. Wisconsin had a great year....14-6 in the Big 10 and rarely loses games where they are the faves. Oregon has not faced a defense like Wisky and I dont think they can contain Happ.....Wiskys poor free throw shooting could be an issue tho
