I get it that the consensus is that Greg needs two more years, but I am no longer hopeful he gets it done here. And we know there is no money to change coaches.

Assistants are year to year or at most 2 year contacts. They can be swapped out. D has been generally ok. O needs a major overhaul. Get some up and comers that bring energy and coaching skills onto staff on O side.
