Feel terrible for the Iranian wrestlers. They put so much blood, sweat and tears into training and to be forced to forfeit to an Israeli is terrible.
International wrestling is rife with "thrown matches" as there have been plenty of "payoffs" for certain wrestlers to take a dive.

This is about siding with Palestine. Iranians don't hate JEWS or a RACE. They hate the treatment of Palestine by Israel. The Koran refers to people of Jewish and Christian decent as people of the book and thus to be respected. Look up "Dhimmi" on Wiki. Islam in theory is supposed to be very respectful of Jews in general, even authorizing Jewish communities to setup Talmudic courts in Muslim controlled lands. It's totally been bastardized and wow does that create issues.

Iranians wrestle Jews. Not Israeli's. Its a shame because if you hate them THAT much, isn't beating them in a match the ultimate revenge? Allowing them to advance in a tournament w/o expending energy defies all logic.
