I get that they have been hot as of late, but if we want to be a decent program, we gotta win against them at home after a win over a ranked opponent on the road. I wanted Rutgers to win so bad. I couldn’t wait to type up my apology post in this thread as they were coming back. I really wish I had the opportunity to do that.

Yes we blame coaches for their players playing less than max effort - but that should always fall on the individuals themselves. There has to be internal drive from each guy if you really want to be a winning program. And it can’t be 3 guys out of a team , it has to be pretty much everybody that sits on our bench (players and staff)
We were always at least 1 season away. Next year’s expectations don’t change. If a 1 point loss is going to make you not be a fan, so be it.

Completely agree with your last sentence. They played hard and didn’t fold. I loved the effort and I’m still a fan either way. I wish like hell they came back and won... but ultimately you can’t be shocked by a loss in a big moment.
