So only coaches that have one a Super Bowl are great coaches?? Yes getting your team to 3 NFC championships and one Super Bowl in your 1st 4 years is a great accomplishment. Name me another coach who has done that.

Harbaugh has a much better record in his first 11 years as a HC than Pete Carroll did.

The exact phrase I used which you called stupid is "getting over the proverbial hump". It means reaching the "apex". Winning it all. The entire enchilada. The whole kit and caboodle.
