Just because you, yourself, don't think Rutgers is the desired destination for top recruits doesn't mean it isn't. We have recruits who can go anywhere in the country already committed to play here. Rutgers is a power 5 program in the big ten east division.. Most certaintly a destination school, especially for northeast recruits.

Then we supporters can help change that. As far as I'm concerned, there is no better place to play ball. So many positives at RU that no other school can duplicate. Most other universities are so ...predictable

Yes, winning is the easiest way to change perception, but it isn't the only way. When enough of the people who care about this program step up and defend it and support it with all the fandom they have, we can elevate the program to a new level.

Placing high Expectations can help elevate this program to another level.

Demanding NJ/northeast recruits stay home and play here can elevate recruiting and ultimately winning.

Schiano elevated our expectations to a point where attending and winning bowl games wasn't enough. We let that get away, but we can get it back AND SOME

Winning is not just the easiest way, it is essential. If you don't win, none of the other stuff will matter much. I think Rutgers is on the right path in just about everything you mentioned, donations are up, facilities are being upgraded, administration is finally opening its wallet, B1G money is on its way, recruiting is already back on the same level as Schiano's best years with the help of Hafley, what is left to take it to the next level is on field performance, which will require a little patience.
