Kinda OT: Rumors of Jalen Carey Looking to Leave Syracuse

He's played 34 minutes total since 1/14 and hasn't been hurt. Cuse is going with a couple guards over him including Tyus Battle as well as Howard at PG and Buddy Boeheim has gotten minutes over him regularly lately as well.

The crazy thing is, I'm starting this thread to say even if he'd come here, I don't see where he fits in even after sitting out a year. I really want to land a legit sit out 4 from a p5 program with our last scholly at this moment. Could have a 2nd open up if someone transfers out.

My guess is he winds up at one of the two local transfer havens in SHU or SJU

I think Carey has been battling a hip injury
...he can score and i seriously don't know who else is coming in for Cuse other than Joe Girard, who is a 3 point shooter

We went after him very hard but he by passed us. Now we have so many good guards I doubt we would take him. We need a forward who can hit threes.
