How early? What time you headed to the stadium? At about 225 you have to figure about 1 hr per 10lbs.Just put an order in for a 75lb pig this afternoon. Going to roast is early Saturday morning. Working the rest of the menu as I type this. Biggest tailgate of the year for us.
And clean the pipes out too...

My buddy has a pit in his back yard. We do pigs there alot, so we have it down pretty well. Smoke tons of stuff too.You using a box for the pig?
How you gonna make the mac-n-cheese bro friendly? Gonna eff up your macros for sure
I put a rub of lemon pepper seasoning, then stick a dole pineapple juice can up the keister!
How the heck do you sit thru the entire game with that?

Yes. See my earlier post.are you cooking than transporting?
I think we may co-opt this from both of you. need a good rendition. Maybe Hendrix? If you are not arriving until 1pm I guess we'll have to do the National Anthem in the morning this week. We added it to our music list, played it when we tailgated at PSU. (where everyone stood at attention, took their hats off and faced the flag & then cheered afterwards)

Check out 100 Patriotic Military Songs on ITunes. It's $6.99
I would prefer a version by the Marine Corps band, but I don't see one on ITunes. You could probably rip a good version from YouTube.
I've heard the tune played about 150,000,000 times in my life. The more poignant versions are instrumental, in my opinion.
