Michigan trying to have Spring Practice at IMG Academy in Florida

Activities will include Jim Harbaugh taking his shirt off, sleeping with the hs players.

Harbaugh's next move will be to build an amusement park in his backyard. You heard it here first.

Tonight, on a very special Diff'rent Strokes, Mr. Harbaugh recruits Dudley and Arnold to visit his bike shop.....

to be totally objective for a moment - not a bad idea if it can be pulled off.
Some other sports do a 'training trip' - they seek out an appealing location - ideally warm, with ample facilities, a great distance from home distractions, and with very few local site distractions.... all aimed at achieving a productive period of focused attention on skill & mind set growth.
- the different & appealing location helps to set the tone - break routine patterns and thinking - sort of a 'Hey - we are in a totally different place - we are working with intensity on making a dramatic step forward"

that is an all star team (IMG) down there, that he will be able to recruit 24/7 when there, frankly I give him credit for constantly thinking outside of the box, not afraid to turn everything on its side, some of the worlds most successful businesses do it all the time and benefit from that attitude

When my brother played football at Brooklyn Tech they would have a pre season camp at Montauk Point (tip of Long Island) coach did it there because there were no distractions). My brother said it was so physically brutal and along with the hazing, it was a crazy experience. Plus there were about a 100 kids there. Brooklyn Tech has about 5000 students.
