No. 12 Rutgers Men's Lacrosse Hosts No. 16/18 Michigan Friday Night

I'm obviously not objective on this, as a Maryland fan. And as a wrestler, I am conditioned to accept whatever the conditions are and deal with it, rather than mention the color of somebody's gloves.

But it's possible that, as Tillman described, he just yelled that out as a referee ran past him, just he yells stuff out about screens and other stuff (as opposed to indignantly demanding action), and the referees took it from there. That doesn't seem as bad.

It's mostly a bad look, though...

I have no issue with Tillman calling that out to the refs. My issue is he should have owned it during the interview. Rules are rules and they’re created to be equal. If Tillman owned the decision he could’ve played the I know the rules better than you and that’s why we win championships at MD and you act like a jacka$$ Myers.

Tillman had a lot of respect in the lacrosse community. He's lost that.

It isn't so much as a petty call to give his team an advantage, it's the smarmy way he answered the question afterward.

He played the wordsmith game when everyone knows what happened. Weak.

It pains me to say it, but I have to agree with that...

Honestly I was shocked at his answer.

He's always been perceived as a nice guy, straight up, and honest.

The fact he played the "oh golly I just asked a question" game was very surprising.

He would have been best served stating the obvious- It's a silly rule but it's a rule and I noticed it and pointed it out. He would have come off much better.

Curious to see the glove situation our team comes out in for this game. We have like 4 or 5 different pairs.
