meh, the dual is almost lost and frankly meaningless. Rest Nick and give Phil another chance to wrestle. He earned it off of Senior night effort.Interesting.
Beat me to it... ;)i like this for Phil and to rest Nick in a team match that is out of hand barring a crazy couple of pins
I dont think he will, should be a winnable match for CorrentiPart of me is wondering if he'll wrestle 197 or not. But it is what it is. Overall a meaningless match. Wonder what happens if Van Brill wins and whatnot.
agreed, but i think coach G was throwing him a bone with one last match a s a senior. I'm good with that...Bak loses a very winnable match.
nice! you called it my friend. I stand correctedPart of me is wondering if he'll wrestle 197 or not. But it is what it is. Overall a meaningless match. Wonder what happens if Van Brill wins and whatnot.
The team has wrestled like shit on the road all season. Even against bum teams like MD and Sparty were close.
Have we ever gotten a signature win on the road? Seems like we never can get over the hump outside of the RAC.My takeout from this match? Minor changes and we can beat Lehigh. We wrestled incredibly poorly tonight and still was points away from a win. Anyway, congrats to Lehigh who was obviously the better team tonight.
man some of you guys really don't take losing very well.
I don't know what you all expected. Lehigh is really good. Van Brill was a minor upset but Pagano had a much bigger one over Priesch.
some guys didn't wrestle their best but that's how you prepare for B1Gs, NCAAs and next year.
also felt for Bak. Love the move of getting him one last match. very solid career, he should be proud of it.
RU Fans just want to have a big time winner in anything this year ... I think we have only 2 teams with a winning record all year (wrestling and women's soccer) and have lost 83% of the games in B1G competition this year ... Need Ash to win his weight at B1G or NCAA, or Brown win the 400 ... Would be nice to have a champion or championship in anything.man some of you guys really don't take losing very well.

JVB and Theo losses were both damning. Win one of those 2 and Correnti would've had the chance to rip the hearts out of Lehigh in the heavyweight bout.Sadly we were outclassed, outsmarted and out toughed in all but the 3 matches we won. Lehigh came to wrestle smart for the most part. JVB should have cut that guy with 30 seconds or so to make it 1-1 and he had time advantage. Just don't give up a reversal and boom, reversal. It was not our shining hour.
