We manned up today, impressed with today's effort. We still made a couple of boneheaded plays but our defense played well, Mullins was great.

I was concerned about goaltending after losing Kirst, not knowing what we had. But this kid looks good.

He’s a vet. That’s what these transfers bring. They are men. They aren’t interested in what our uniforms look like. They are interested in winning. Big difference between them and 18 year old freshmen.

Loyola has a lot of talent but you could see some of the freshmen were not ready for today.
