Very candid comment with one insider assist. Not sure that they can recover as an athletic department in the short or even not so short time frame. The building projects are on hold. There may be some stuff that hasn't been revealed. There is a very vocal and monied minority that want them to go Ivy. That movement started in the early 80's. Tough to walk away from 100 million,but equally as tough to avoid this infiltrating its academic integrity and perception which is paramount there.
