It's really awesome being a Cowboys fan tonight. How could the Giants be so bad tonight? Completely unexpected.
We might see Rodgers running all over the field for his life next week when the Jets play the Cowboys.
Wow, what an ass-kicking. Don't think anyone saw a blowout like this happening. I'm not a Giants fan, but I hate seeing the local teams suck (less interesting games on TV), so hopefully this is just a wtf game.
Dallas’s D looked ridiculous tonight. I’m not gonna blow my horn after one game, but I genuinely haven’t seen a defense play that dominant since dare I say the 2000 Ravens?! 👀 👀
Dallas is good but NYG looked like Bad News Bears and totally lost from first snap.
If Giants were trying hard but lost by that score it would be bad but when everything goes wrong its usually because the team was lost between the ears.
Cincy wasn't better than RU in O6.
Syracuse wasn't better than RU when they pimp-smacked RU 31-13 in 2009
UConn wasn't better than RU when RU was getting crushed from first play 40-22 in 2011.
For all three of those games RU was full of itself.
Giants were high on 2022 season all year - and lots of players who had contract years in 2022 are fat and happy now

It's inexcusable that the OL is still an issue for the NYG after this long. Ugly all the way through last night, but it starts and ends with protection. They moved the ball at will on that first drive until the bad snap. Then the wheels came off and literally nothing worked from then on. If Thomas and Gano are hurt now, look out. Arizona is a Week 2 must win on Sunday w/SF looming on short rest the following Thursday.
Dak was so-so and the Boyz TE's struggled with catching the damn ball. Hopefully it was the rain and wet ball, but this could easily have been 50-0. To be fair Jints wrs dropped a few catchable passes too. Dallas definitely the better team right now but not 40 or 50-Zero better.
Ironically they named 10 players as "Team Captains" this year - which I saw was the most in the league.

Yes that was ridiculous and it all seemed out of the "everyone gets a trophy" book.
Nobody new who never even played a game in a NYG uniform should be made a captain.
I can at least understand someone like Waller or Rodgers (Jets) or Derek Carr (Saints) getting it because they had a legacy in the league.
My favorite is "2nd year QB has to be made a captain" has now evolved into "Rookie QB has to be a captain".
Daniel Jones, Kyler Murray, Herbert, Burrow, Lawrence, Fields all had to wait a year.
C.J. Stroud, Anthony Richardson and Bryce Young are already Team Captains as rookies.

Well... on the bright side, this may be an opportunity for RU to pick up more than a few disallusioned Giant fans (and Yankee fans) who may need something else to root for and believe in this fall. It starts with beating VT on Saturday!

Interesting. Just read a comment Tiki apparently made on WFAN that with the RPO blocking scheme Neal was passing off the guy in front of him but the guard (Bredeson) wasn't fast enough pulling to be in a position to pick him up. I specifically remember that on one play, but did not track it for the whole game.
