Regardless, Saban is a whinny c***...he bitched that the kid quit on national radio...the Miami dolphins say "hey!"
I don't know how all this works, but I heard on ESPN Radio this morning, that if he withdrew from the school now and enrolled at a JuCo, he would actually be able to play next season for a D-1 team, hence the timing of the transfer.
Not sure whether that's true or not. This is ESPN we're talking about.
That said, coaches bail on teams all the time for better opportunities. If this kid thought he could find a better opportunity for his career and future elsewhere, than so be it.
And to the above post about Saban being a total hypocrite, I couldn't agree more. As a long suffering Miami Dolphins fan of 30+ years, to me and many fans, Nick Saban is nothing more than a lying piece of trash, a total opportunist and a quitter. He should look in the mirror before airing out some college kid to a national audience. He's nothing more than a snake in the grass.
I'm a long suffering Dolphin fan myself. Saban is a great football coach, but he's hot garbage as a person. What a hypocrite. The only job he hasn't fled like a thief in the night is Alabama's.

Every player transferring with a hot girlfriend should be mentioned, as long as the girlfriend pictures come with it.
My understanding is she is helping his development by playing center when they are together and working on the ball exchange. The problem is since that started he refuses to line up in the shotgun and will only take snaps under center. After seeing her pics can you blame him.
My bad. However no pictures were posted at the time of my post. My position on this tranfer has done a complete 180. Up until she dumps his ass.
If we can vote for Trump or Hillary we can certainly take this guy. If we could ever recruit a QB with some juice we wouldn't have to always be chasing somebody else's scraps
I don't have problem with what he did because coaches run players out of the program if they don't think they can compete. CF is a team sport but the bottom line is it is also a business. He just made what he thinks is the best business decision for his career. Good luck young man I hopes it works out for u.
Big time football and its coaches reap what they sow. Treat your players like hired help that can be cast aside when something better comes along and you deserve to be treated in kind.
It does not matter because I am beginning to see that he would probably be overlooked for other players that was brought in by the current coaching staff.

What the hell would we do with all these QB's. I'm pretty sure we have Wimbush and Ziare transferring in from ND if I read a couple of other threads correctly

I'll have to poke around but I haven't read anything about the ND guys.
