OT: Anyone growing Hot Peppers?

String them up, dry them out, grind them up in a coffee grinder. Great flavor/heat year round.

Just don't forget and use it to make coffee the next morning ... you'll be spending the day on the throne!
Diet coke only. Only use the grinder for one purpose.
But I know what you mean. Sometimes the heat the next day is far worse then the pain while eating!

Towel grabbing hot

Btw-,has anyone else noticed that peppers you grow yourself seem much hotter then store bought.

I am growing Habaneros & Ghost peppers this year & it looks to be a great crop. Anyone using 12 scotch bonnet peppers in any recipe should be arrested for attempted murder!!!

Comparing home grown tomatoes to store bought I assume that is standard procedure for produce.

Makes me think of a cruel practical joke I've thought up. Hot pepper infuse shampoo/toothpaste/toilet paper. Probably going to far though.

Top shelf of my fridge.

If your really serious about it, I do have too many.

I grill whole store bought jalapenos on my outside grill. They are insanely hot because I grill them whole with their seeds and ribs in tact. I love hot and spicy food, but they are very difficult for me to eat.
