OT: bathroom contractor- New Brunswick area

Hello all,

My parents have an old rental property in New Brunswick that needs work... The tub has a leak and might have caused some other damage to the subfloor. Although I don't have pictures, I believe some plumbing and flooring work would be needed (this is second hand information). Does anyone here know a reputable contractor in the area specializing in plumbing/bathroom repair they can recommend? Given the age of the home and the location, we're not looking to spend a lot. Just want to fix the problem. Thanks!

Regardless, on who you get as a contractor, or handyman(which I suggest), you should do all the demolition work yourself. It's not that hard, and will save you $$$.
