OT: CFP Michigan/Alabama Rose Bowl

I think they’re both likely more effective finding ways to run it with the RBs and QBs

Physical domination so far. But if you're Michigan you need to start scoring. 7-7 feels like a win for Bama as bad as they're performing right now.

This is exactly what I’m saying. They’ve changed their MO and look similar to what Auburn did and it’s been effective. It’s not just bully ball. I think Michigan is playing better than Alabama right now.

That’s true, they’re controlling the game but if you don’t put points on the board it means nothing and can later come back and bite you.

More motion and deception and first down. And then the next play they luck out on the trick play which looked like it might go awry lol.

That kid Morris is real fast made Bama look slow.

After that TD, Michigan leading but they can't seem to get out of their own way.

They needed that, you need the points to accompany the domination on the field.

Of course they bobble the XP lol.

Michigan is just trying to give this game to Bama. Watch that missed PAT will become an issue later in the game.

As of this point, Michigan is much more physical than Alabama. That is hard to achieve. Tip of the hat to Michigan.
Maybe Alabama has eaten the rat poison Saban often mentions lol and conversely maybe Michigan is motivated after two let downs in prior years and trying to prove the Stallions stuff is nothing.

Maybe. I am not making any conclusions with so much of the game yet to be played.

This ‘Bama QB isn’t good at reading the free rusher and getting to his safety valve in time.

Surprised Saban didn't take the timeout and get a better 3rd down play called, big play there giving up the sack. Fortunate the Ala kicker boomed the 50 yard fg.

Herbstreit definitely towing the ESPN/Disney party line. 5 mins. of how Bama will get better in 2nd half, 20 secs. of pat on the back to Michigan.

They are going to keep making that right tackle think. So far it hasn't been pretty for Bama

He’s not the best decision maker. He’s capable of ad libbing with his legs and making a good play if things break down but Michigan has done a good job of containing him and pressuring him.

Missed EP looms large. Can't give any points to Bama, even one.
Yea they’re in reach of a tie with a FG now and also as the game goes on with additional scores that point can matter.

Considering how much Michigan has pushed Alabama around, it’s still just a 3 point game.

Shocked Michigan is playing this sloppy and is actually winning.

The thing is that Michigan is one of those ugly, B1G "pound you down to Jello in 4th Q" teams.
RU is trying to do the same thing and Mongo shines in 4th

Oh wow. Is Bama’s band trolling the Michigan fans by playing Mr. Brightside..?
