OT: Common sense ruling by NCAA

Umm humm..

"A recent New York Times/Ipsos survey found the vast majority of Americans, including a majority of Democrats, don't think transgender athletes should be permitted to compete in women's sports.

"Thinking about transgender female athletes — meaning athletes who were male at birth but who currently identify as female — do you think they should or should not be allowed to compete in women’s sports?" the survey asked.

Of the 2,128 people who participated, 79% said biological males who identify as women should not be allowed to participate in women's sports."

Its shocking it took so long to figure this out.
Bad legal advice probs

Looks like they finally got the message. No men competing against women and no men in women’s locker rooms

NCAA officially bans trans athletes from women's sports 1 day after Trump signs executive order

NCAA didnt get anything right and has very little common sense. They are following executive orders from the Big Man. Had the order not been signed, they'd still have a thumb up their butt watching biological men compete against women.

How many transgender athletes are there in the U.S.? Out of 510,000 athletes competing at the collegiate level, there are fewer than 10 publicly identify as transgender, Charlie Baker, the N.C.A.A.

very common sense

What's interesting is that not only around 80% of people polled by NYT supported the bill but also the majority of the opposition voters - which took a torpedo for this stuff. Why? The answer is "follow the money" as usual. A lot of money and pressure was churned over this hijacking (and that's what it was - agencies/donors foreign/domestic were forcing this stuff - Carville was warning...).

It doesnʼt matter if it is only one person, it should have never been allowed.
