It means rob the house next door on certain Saturday's in the fall. Pray the burglars don't have a pocket RU schedule handy.

In all seriousness if you connect certain of those rays you have a circle and a cross. That might indicate a "celtic cross". Shorthand?
It might also mean "leave the poor B*stards who own this house alone because they R Rutgers fans, they have to sit through another year and there's no money in this house anyway because they spend all their money earning priority pots for those damn tailgating passes."
I just decoded the symbol , get out of the house!!!! it's in the house!!!!
Two other ideas:
1) The symbol isn't unlike some of the drawings for "go this way". The symbol looks like
somebody surrounded by else in all but one direction. There were several such symbols in Discovery Channel's "TreasureQuest" that may well have ended Friday with the discovery of the $400 million/part "Treasure of The Trinity".
2) The symbol looks like something decending upon an object. Could it possibly refer to
something regarding the presense or treatment of termites/other pests?

Nothing to see here. Turns out it was the neighbor's seven-year-old drawing her version of a sunflower.
I could just picture the OPs neighbor sitting in his living room laughing at how he trolled the board without even owning a computer.
