🤣 I check your board every once in a while and was like, “Wait, why is this here?”

Seriously, though, this event has an epic atmosphere that is completely unique in college hoops with the crowd split in a neural/shared market. I’d love to see more rivalries in this kind of format if it could work (Rutgers/SHU game somewhere neutral maybe??).

Missouri has more than one big rivalry. 🤷🏼‍♂️ Illini/Mizzou has been in St. Louis right before Christmas for over 40 years, so it’s definitely developed into a big deal every year.

The problem with a neutral site for RU/SHU is that we are too close.
No sensible place between the schools.

MSG could work but it requires extra travel for fans.
If both teams were elite then maybe it would make sense.
