Sanchez is an interesting case. A tremendous first year and a half but since then he's been a very limited player. Might really benefit from a change of scenery and another one who might be best off as a full time DH.
I guess Green gets a pass because even though he blew the last two games he’s been a beast all season. Sanchez has been horseshit all season. And last season
If the pitching can't carry the team while the offense is injured, they have no shot to win anything this year. They need to bring in the youth and make sure that Happ doesn't reach his appearance limit to make sure next year's extension kicks in.

5 of those guys are legit starters. Shame that 3 of them are hitting under .200
The current lineup couldn't beat a AAA team right now. Freaking pathetic how bad some of these clowns are hitting. The way they're playing and pitching is going to force Cashman to highly overpay for help at the trade deadline.
Andujar/Ford/Sanchez/Gardner should be embarrassed to call themselves MLB players. Sanchez is making it an easy decision for when he becomes a FA.

I am not going to make this a flame on the Yankees...You guys do have a top line group of players which does go a couple deep at almost every position. But even the Yankees cannot withstand two years of these kinds of injuries.
But I have to ask..."proud" how did you not know your injury list 2 days ago? That doesn't even make sense.
Outside of Voit- the other Yankee starts not injured are the ones failing right now...Not the AAA guys.
But point is taken...these injuries have been devastating...But 2 years in a row, when do the Yankee's start to question WTH is going on?
this current roster is always hurt and have been for the past 3 years. I like Judge but u can’t sign him to a long term $$ deal and Stanton is this teams Ellsbury. Players of the future like Torres Andujar Serverino have already been hurt multiple times. I agree with other posters u can’t watch that scrub lineup the Yanks put out there. Luckily everyone makes the playoffs so that is the time to see what these guys can do.I have seen enough of Sanchez, they should trade him. Awful D and .140 barring average.
How do you force a computer to know when to take out a starter. Just get rid of the computer and
get a real manager. Maybe Boone I don't know but get rid of Cashman.
Cashman is a tremendous GM. He's not the problem.
Well he's still your starter so he is. So what do you think he's worth on the trade market. Name some actual players.

Relying on computers, Sanchez,
Stanton, Ellsberry, and so on.

He's also the one who got you LeMahieu, Urshela, Voit, Didi, Hicks, Torres and Frazier. He got all of those guys for significantly under market value. Sure he has his misteps like Stanton and Elsbury but find a GM that hasn't had them.
Oh and try to find a team in baseball that isn't heavily reliant on computers. You have to go to little league for that.
Cashman is a mediocre GM who gets to spend a lot of money.
Cashman traded for Stanton on the basis of one great season.
Cashman and his mouthpiece Boone defend Sanchez no matter how pitifully Sanchez performs. Does Sanchez never up his game because he is never held accountable?
Cashman resigned Gardner and let Romine go.
Cashman bashed Sonny Gray and let him go for peanuts.
Cashman thought Torres can play shortstop (he can't) and didn't resign Didi.
Cashman bashes Andújar, who many on this board seem to forget was one of the better hitters in the league in 18. Like Gray, Andújar will star for another team when Cashman trades him for peanuts.
Cashman must take the responsibility for the training staff that can't keep players on the field.
