19-12...means 10-10 in big ten...10/11 seed
20-11...means 11-9 in big ten...8 seed
21-10...means 12-8 in big ten ..7 seed
22-9....means 13-7 in big ten....6 seed
23-8....means 14-6 in big ten ....4 or 5 seed
24-7....means 15-5 in big ten ....3 seed
19-12...means 10-10 in big ten...10/11 seed
20-11...means 11-9 in big ten...8 seed
21-10...means 12-8 in big ten ..7 seed
22-9....means 13-7 in big ten....6 seed
23-8....means 14-6 in big ten ....4 or 5 seed
24-7....means 15-5 in big ten ....3 seed
We will be in with 19 total I think (although it will be a nail biter). 20 (including B1G tourney) is a lock imo.
agree with this....10-10 is the iffy thing but lean toward in, would like to see a Big 10 tourney win or a road win of note to point toward

Yeah, I think 10-10 is in even with 0-1 in the B1G tourney but I would be shitting myself come selection sunday.
Same here - I think 19-12/10-10 gets us in, even with 0-1 in the B1G tourney, given our schedule and some very strong wins and no really bad losses (unless we lose to NW or Neb at home; the St. Bonnie's loss isn't good, but not as bad as it could've been), but yeah, I don't know if I can take watching selection Sunday, like in 98-99. 20-11/11-9 is an absolute lock. 18-13/9-11 would mean we finish 4-9, which wouldn't be good, although if there aren't bad losses or blowout losses we might still be on the bubble, especially if we win 1 in the tourney (or 2). Pretty sure 24-715-5 gets us in, lol.
I understand why they said it and not sure why it's considered idiotic when Nebraska missed the tournament in 2017 going 22-11 overall and 13-5 in the big ten.
We had a very poor OOS slate this year and we haven't gotten a real road win yet.
Our SOS is #18 in Division 1 out of 361 teams, #18 of 361 how can you say any part of our schedule is “very poor” .. even just the OOC portion is #35 .. the schedule will be a pro for our resume, not a con.
Totally,Agree. Our SOS will only go up considering most of future games are Quad 1 & 2!
That Nebraska team was in a much weaker Big Ten AND only had an 18 game conference schedule. You can't project that to this year.
Ok, maybe the idiot comment was over the top, but the B1G was the 5th best conference that year and only got 4 teams in. It's 2nd best this year and many "experts" are saying 8-9 teams will get in and if we're 20-11/11-9, we're one of those teams. Big difference.

I have to chuckle at "tiurbwnt" - given the coherence of the rest of your post, which I agree with, is there an inside joke somewhere?
Can't figure this based on record alone. IMO, the only thing that derails this thing would be bad home losses. Beat NEB and NU at the RAC and 18 wins puts them in.
