Edit: never mind..confirmed no basketball or football. Just Olympic sports.

"Soccer, volleyball, gymnastics, baseball, ice hockey, swimming and diving, softball, track and field, wrestling, lacrosse, tennis and water polo are among the sports expected to be streamed. The Pac-12's deal with Twitter does not include the streaming of football or basketball games."
