PISCATAWAY, N.J. - A schedule update for Rutgers men's basketball was announced today. The Scarlet Knights will now play a road game at Penn State on Thursday, January 21. The game will air on Big Ten Network, and the start time is still TBD.
The game was previously scheduled to be played on Tuesday, January 12, and was postponed due to positive COVID-19 results within the Penn State program.
Rutgers' next game is this Friday, as the Scarlet Knights will host No. 9 Wisconsin at 9 p.m. on FS1. RU will now have two games the following week, with the contest against the Nittany Lions on Thursday, followed by another road game at Indiana on Sunday, January 24.
