RU and OSU on Admissions for low income students

It's the colleges that don't want true transparency for tuition cost. Yes, it's hurting the low income since they believe they can not afford it when they see the sticker price. However, the schools are trying to get the most money out of the upper middle class who pay full price tuition. It's a game similar to when you buy a car from the dealer.

My family members almost always pay full tuition prices with no discount because of their income. It would be interesting to see the full spectrum of where the freshmen class pay in tuition with all the discounts and grants. It would create a revolt of the families that pay full price.
